Terms and Conditions

  • Plot will be allotted under Kandukur, Debbadaguda Gram Panchayats, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
  • Development activities include - Black Top Roads, Underground drainage, Water Lines to every plot with Overhead water tank, Electricity Lines with Street lights, Compound wall for total project, Avenue Plantation, Land scaping, children's park, Security & Maintenance for 3 years.
  • Those who make the payment through Cheques / DD's shall bear charges on realization. The crossed Cheques / DD's should be drawn in favour of Vision Meadows Estates and Developers Pvt. Ltd.
  • Registration charges are to be borne by the purchaser as fixed by the company. Registrations will be done as per the Company's Schedule.
  • Management reserves the right to alter the Layout partly or fully and accordingly the plots will be adjusted.
  • The Company does not accept any responsibility for such unauthorized promises made by any one.
  • The Company will not be responsible for any loss caused by the Act of nature or by the Act of Legislation.
  • Cancellation Policy : If any member seeks to cancel his/her plot allotment, it will not be considered during the scheme period. Hence the scheme loss of not less than 50% will be deducted, while making the refunds, after the scheme period. No refund cases will be considered after the scheme period. Hence such refund requests should be made in writing before the scheme period.
  • If a member reserves a plot and becomes default in payments, Company has the right to cancel his/her plot allotment without any notice. If he/she regularizes the payment later he/she has to select another plot from the then available vacancies.
  • Change of name or transfer of membership to some other member who is identified by him will be according to the Company's rules and regulations and will attract additional charges as fixed by the Company.
  • The Company is not responsible for the delay (if any) in getting the Layout approval and registration of plots due to statutory and other valid reasons, which are beyond Company's control. The plot number and the extent given at the time of allotment is of tentative Layout and it may be subjected to a change upon the approval of the final Layout. If such changes are there, the plots will be allotted and registered accordingly since it is the final approval by Statutory Authority. i.e, Directorate of Town and Country Planning.
  • All legal matters are subjected to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad District Court Only.
